He wraps all costs of the program—lot, construction and permits into one loan that manages all phases of the project, then bundles it into a single mortgage at a competitive rate.
No need for you to deal with financing the lot, construction and permits separately. It’s all in one neat package with evergreen Home Loans handling all phases of financing. The buyer closes escrow on a single, competitive loan, the same as purchasing a pre-existing home!
